Blogging from Word: take two

So, Scott and I went ahead and downloaded copies of Office 2007 Beta 2, and of course, I wanted to try out Word’s new blogging feature to see how it works. I doubt I’ll use it as my main blog editor, but hey, it’s nifty just the same! So far, the new version of Word looks pretty cool; I’m digging the blue interface.

Well, time to see how clean this code really is…

EDIT: I expected this to happen; it posted at an incorrect date. I’m assuming this will be something to be worked on before the final version! Also, for the life of me, I couldn’t get this post to display on my front page; it existed, but just wouldn’t for the life of me post in the correct chronological order. After messing around in PhpMyAdmin for a little bit, I decided to screw it and copy and paste the entry. So, this is what this post would have looked like had I posted it from Word!

  1. It seems like a good idea for Word to have a blogging tool. I usually use mine to copyedit and spell check my entries. Oh, well. Microsoft can always mess up a good thing.
