Denise’s wedding

Denise and Colin married on Saturday, and I had the honor of being a bridesmaid in their wedding. I drove to Bloomington on Friday afternoon, passing two seperate wrecks and driving through the middle of nowhere, Indiana when one of the wrecks caused the main road to close. Scott made the drive in his car a few hours later; he worked on Friday and since I needed to go to the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, I left earlier.

Good times were had by all at the rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, and, of course, the wedding. Nothing says class like walking into a wedding reception with huge Styrofoam cups filled to the brim with Diet Coke, especially when the people with said cups happened to be members of the wedding party. I have no shame!

Denise, of course, looked beautiful; her dress and hairstyle suited her perfectly and both her and Colin looked so happy.

I took a few pictures of the event; the wedding colors of red, silver, and white offered a perfect backdrop to the fun we had that evening.
