Goals for December
Now that I’m done with NaNoWriMo, it’s time to start on a new project! I don’t know about you, but I love making goals at the start of each month. I never really document them much, but I keep them in the back of my mind.
This month, I’m going to write them down. I always forget how busy I am in December, so a list is pretty much imperative. I only have three major things I want to do this month, so I’m confident I can get these done.
Make my Christmas presents.
This year I decided to make the majority of my gifts. I’ve bought a couple online, and I have a few more local gifts I will buy closer to the holiday, but the rest, I’m making myself. I need to really get started with these and I know I can do it, as long as I actually start.
Follow the December wellness calendar from Back To Her Roots.
If none of you read Cass’s blog on food, wellness, and general healthy living, you’re missing out on fantastic recipes and lots of motivation. She created a November wellness calendar and it was so well received that she made one for December, too. I didn’t do any of the items in November ( Nanowrimo and trying to train for a 5k dominated anything I did last month), but I’m interested in doing this month’s items. (Not that I’m doing a million things this month too, no, not at all…) I’m looking forward to the challenge this month!
Deploy a basic version of our wedding website.
We’re getting married in six months (SIX MONTHS??) so we figure it’s high time we put up a wedding website! We’ve started the basics and want to get wedding information out there for our guests. I’m looking forward to getting this done!
I wanted to keep my goal list pretty short for this month, because, yeah. December’s busy. I know I can do this.
